A computer/server OEM customer tried to roll out a new design for INTEL new chip set enviroment product.
With tightly committed prototype process went smoothly. The trial run lot also shipped on time and pass tests for a trade show. It happens just few days before customer take off to this exhibition. We received phone call and a sudden engineering change needs to be done. The change was not simply remove trace or add pads. The PTH hole location was moved to other location. This is actually a request of a new PCB. Circuitech team turn around build this 16 layer server PCB within 3 days on trial run quanttity.
Pass all impedance condition and successfully help our customer roll out this new product.. |
